How I beat Lactose Intolerance

I've been Lactose Intolerant since I was 5. I've tried everything out there (lactaid, digestive advantage, dairy ease, etc.) and nothing worked. I was tired of having to take something everytime I wanted to eat any diary product.

Anyhow I came across this article a while back, tried the product, and have been eating dairy for the past 4 months with no symptoms or you could say I'm now symptom free! So I wanted to share this with everyone out there because trust me I know how it just puts a damper on your life when you have to avoid certain foods because of the embarassing effects it has on you.

Enjoy the article and if anyone has any questions about their product I would be more than happy to tell you my experience in detail and help alleviate any concerns you might have. Good luck!

___________

Scientists estimate that 1 in 6 Americans suffer from lactose intolerance. If you're one of them, you have more to worry about than just missing out on the pleasures of ice-cream, pizza, and cheese. That's because dairy products provide most of the calcium in our diet and research shows lactose intolerant individuals have a higher health risk for osteoporosis, weak bone density, and hypertension, as well as breast and colon cancer.

Lactose intolerance, which is caused by a shortage of a specific enzyme called "lactase" in the large intestine, is the inability to digest lactose, the sugar in milk. This results in mild to severe stomach discomfort, including gas, cramps, loose stool, diarrhea, bloating and vomiting. Symptoms tend to occur anywhere from thirty minutes to two hours after eating or drinking foods containing dairy.

Lactose intolerance generally develops in individuals as they age and is often genetically inherited. People tend to become lactose intolerant around their teenage years, or during adulthood (ages 30 to 40). Lactose intolerance can also be brought on by secondary factors such as infections, chemotherapy, penicillin reactions, surgery, pregnancy, or from the avoidance of dairy products for a prolonged period of time.

Until now, most researchers believed that when your body loses the ability to produce "lactase" - it's gone forever. That's why typical treatments involve ingesting a mix of synthetic enzymes every time you eat dairy to ease the symptoms.

Break-Through

But now, a new product called Lactagen® has been shown to be able to help re-train your body to once again tolerate dairy products.

Lactagen® is a patented all natural product that you take for a 38 day period. According to the company, Lactagen teaches your digestive tract to adapt and better break down dairy products. Lactagen's proprietary formula is 100% natural and contains probiotics and prebiotics which allow the gradual and painless reintroduction of dairy products into the digestive system.

Clinical trial results confirm the company's claims. In a clinical study conducted by leading medical researchers, Lactagen resulted in a statistically significant reduction in lactose intolerant symptoms. In the 3 month trial, after completing the 38 day program, 80% of study participants reported dramatically reduced symptoms, while those on the placebo showed little to no reduction in symptoms.

Lactagen® is currently only available directly through the company's website www.ritternutrition.com. The product comes with a 100% Money Back Guarantee if you're not enjoying dairy after the completion of their program.

So, if you or someone you love suffers from lactose intolerance and are looking for a safe and effective solution to enjoying the pleasures of dairy products again, the Lactagen program may be worth checking out.

I have suffered with Lactose Intolerance since the age of 5 and want to help others by sharing my stories and experiences. It’s a tough topic to speak about but I guess online it’s easier to discuss. I’ve tried just about everything out there as I’m sure others have too but I’m always looking for new answers.
