Change Your Thoughts!

Tis the season to be healthy! Life is ready to now take you into the next dimension. We live in a world full of pain, sickness, hurt, hate, anger, competition, and negative thinking. We have to pull away from this dungeon of doom and allow our minds to be cleaned with positive thoughts. One may ask how? I am so glad that question exsist.

Simply do the following:

1. Start your day off with gratitude.

2. Speak abundance, prosperity and health into your day by using affrimation like:

I love myself.
I am wonderful.
My life is whole, perfect and complete.
Everything that I need is at my reach.
I am ready to take in life finest things.
My body is strong.
My life has purpose.
I am great just the way I am.
Life is adventureous.
I am excited to be a vessel for life.
I am open to all miracles and blessings.

3. Speak things in the end.
Ex. I will be healed. Wrong approach. Say I am healed!

4. Show love to everyone in your reach.

5. Want more for others than you do for yourself.

6. Let go of the past. Live in the present only. This is the only time that counts and makes sense.

7. Be open to change.

Do these things and life will bring you a story that never ends.
