I am increasingly amazed at the health benefits from Omega oil supplements. Fish oils, borage and flax seed oils have been touted to enhance brain function and regulate cholesterol levels and stabilize blood pressure. Interestingly I have read recently where there may be an added benefit in regards to joint function as well as skin health. Would appreciate any other comments or observations regading Omega Oils. Thank you! John Stea
I am amazed too at how well O3 oils help you clear up years of bad cholesterol and high trigylcerides. I take 6 pills a day along with some other suppliments but I'm pretty sure the O3 oils are making a huge difference.
We can thank those years of experts telling us to eat "low fat" diets for screwing this up.
I had a surgery in 2001 and was visited by a hospital nutritionalist that gave me a lecture on eating a low fat diet, because fats have more calories that other things.
Great. So I followed her advice and bought everything with zero fat in it or I wouldn't eat it.
My triglycerides went so high they were off scale, among other problems. I won't be listening to any more nutritionalists! I've been taking the O3 since August and I tell everyone I know to do the same.
I take a fairly large dosage of the Omega 3 oils in capsule form every day. Not sure how it is helping me but I still take it because of the reported all over positive effects it has on the body. Can't hurt!!
