You perfectly described our son Troy, who at 11 yrs. old was diagnosed with a brain tumor and 4 months to live...he had your Dad’s mind set,and became Eagle Scout, graduated college, continued being a star at baseball and soccer, traveled the world with competitive band with bari-sax and touched lives until side effects of the treatments won out...he was 45! I have always said my Dad & Mom were an inspiration to me, Dad had PKD and my Mom put him on Dialysis at our home for 17 years 3 days a week and my Dad & Mom showed up every day I never heard either one complain once! It was amazing to watch life & love go on as normal as it coud...but you put it all into the words I have not been able to....Thank you so much for sharing
