I AM
I am connected to a grand nothingness that has created worlds and galaxies. This grand nothingness is everything and nothing all at the same time. I am this nothingness. I am this everything. I am connected to this thing I call Spirit and I am whole. Some call it God or Source. It is Energy, as is everything else. The Earth we walk on, the sun that shines upon us, the water we drink, and the people we are, it is all Energy. Energy is what everything comes from, this Energy is my God! Knowing that we are all connected through God, teaches us that we are all one. Oneness is the key to knowing your true self. When you look around you and know that everything in your sight is Gods creation, including yourself, it will change your point of view. This will change your entire being and life experiences. When you open up to this concept you will start loving and appreciating everything in your day. You will accept others as they are and you will accept yourself as you are. You will never judge or condemn. Instead you will learn and grow into a loving being. Love is what will bring us together and keep us whole. Love is the key to true happiness and contentment. Love others as if they were you and love yourself!
When my daughter Sophia was around 8 years old, she and I were staring up at the stars and it came to mind to me to comment; "Sophia, isn't it incredible how large and expansive space is going on for millions of miles of nothingness..."
Well, Sophia with some sort of enlightened passion, corrected me with utmost confidence and seriousness. She said; "No daddy it is not nothing, it's everything and we're all part of it."
I was speechless.
