I have 50lbs to lose & I feel like it will never come off. All my weight is shifting to my lower half. My weight loss is not moving with my diet & exercise routine. I love how I feel after I workout & I know I'm doing good things for myself. I just don't know the most effective way to exercise to where I will see some kind of results at least within & couple of weeks. Does anyone have ANY suggestions?
