Due to losing my insurance and my job I have not been able to see Dr. Chow for a while. The receptionist said I would have to be referred again and come in as a new patient. New patient appointments are in November! This is May and the charges would be between $175 and $320 and that was with a 40% discount if I paid that day. I would not call putting the needs of the patient above profit a priority at this practice. I will be finding a new rheumatologist that cares about people. I was a patient of Dr. Chow's for 2 years and now they don't know me.

I will absolutely return. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment at all. They called me back to see the doctor within ten minutes.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I felt completely comfortable choosing a treatment plan after they went over every single detail of my test results with me. It's so nice to fully understand what every test result means.
