Due to losing my insurance and my job I have not been able to see Dr. Chow for a while. The receptionist said I would have to be referred again and come in as a new patient. New patient appointments are in November! This is May and the charges would be between $175 and $320 and that was with a 40% discount if I paid that day. I would not call putting the needs of the patient above profit a priority at this practice. I will be finding a new rheumatologist that cares about people. I was a patient of Dr. Chow's for 2 years and now they don't know me.

I will absolutely return. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment at all. They called me back to see the doctor within ten minutes.
