In the 1st few sessions, Charney took notes, asked pertinent Qs & gave some good advice.I started trusting him but then he stopped doing all that & started forgetting important details.After a few weeks of this & him forgetting I stopped taking a MED he prescribed (it gave me chest pains) & that my cardiologist had suggested another med, I pointed out his pattern of forgetfulness. He barely acknowledged it-didn't even apologize! I was so upset I left. He didn't even care to follow up with a phone call. These appointments were pointless- Nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left!!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Did this provider answer all of your questions?
Every question I had was answered thoroughly
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely! I can always count on them
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Was this psychiatrist friendly?
Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this psychiatrist's office?
Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information
