Dr. Arnold J. Kaplin is the finest, most knowledgeable, trustworthy, dependable and reliable therapist in the DC area. If anyone complains about his service, it may be that they are afraid to look at themselves honestly and do the work necessary to change. He does not "sugar coat" information but is straightforward, direct and honest.
I worked with Dr. Kaplin over a period of years when I lived in the DC area. He helped me to change my life, heal the wounds of the past and to move forward to live a very healthy life, rich with family and friends.
I owe him my life as I know it today. I cannot even begin to express my appreciation for his efforts and constant support.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I've already started recommending them to people I know. They did such a great job.

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They never encouraged any of my negative behavior, and gave me plenty of helpful solutions for what I was going through. They were able to help me get of negative patterns and routines very quickly. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was able to talk freely during my appointment without worrying about being judged or criticized. They were very supportive and understanding. He is a wonderfully experienced and gifted clinician and I would recommend him to my most cherished family and friends.
