Everyone at kindred DeLima were exceptional. Maria CNA is just a sweetheart. I loved every nurse that came into my room. My physician was great with answering questions and making me feel comfortable. I am happy to say I went home after my stay and I know a large part of that was due to the care I received here. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Many thanks for all you do every day. What a special group you have here.

I have to say my experience with Kindrid has been exceptional from beginning to end! The Physician team I've had is phenomenal!!! Never in my life, (and I've had a lot of admissions to different hospitals, with my chronic conditions) but never have I had any doctor as compassionate, caring, and invested in my case as my team! They have educated me on my condition, involved me in the treatment plan and even though my case was difficult and challenging at best they never gave up on me, and for that I am forever grateful. Now on to the Nurses I could say all of the above with them as well. Very caring and comforting and they all work as a team. They worked diligently to keep my pain under control, were prompt answering the call lights and very friendly. They also catered to me and my family and also kept us involved in my care. At times I felt like a burden to a couple of Nurses but we collaborated on a plan and that soon resolved. I also was very pleased with Respiratory therapy they were all very personable and a pleasure to interact with. They kept my sats and O2 well monitored and safe. They also answered call lights promptly and always went the extra mile if it was something they could help with. Even the environmental service team, especially Ms Ruth were always very pleasant, with a smile on their face and always making sure I had the essentials I needed and took pride in making my room clean and safe. Even the Case Managers, Nursing supervisors, patient advocate and admin have been strongly involved in my care always making sure my needs and pain have been addressed. When there were a few isolated issues they were always quickly involved and immediately resolved the issue. Lastly I can't forget physical and occupational therapy they have been key in my rehabilitation and growth development in getting healthy! I had an amazing rapport with the entire PT/OT team! They are the reason I've progressed as well as I have. Every push to go harder and do better has challenged me to be my best. Overall I don't have any negative feedback for this facility and admission. I was pleasantly surprised with the staff here at kindred, hospital DeLima. They are friendly, attentive, cooperative and truly care about the patients. Overall I have no complaints... it was the best care I've ever had. I am forever grateful to all the staff for saving my life, and making me as comfortable and healthy as possible.

The staff at Kindred hospital DeLima has been amazing. They are always prompt to help me, very friendly and there have been so many stellar nurses. I can't remember everyone's names, but Alice was also amazing. Thank you for taking good care of me.

I go to the HBO and the CLINIC.... All I can say is they are amazing. Always friendly from the moment you call to make the appointment threw you treatments until the end. Professional staff that explains it all. They put a smile on my face when I don't have one,they never forget your name. I can't say enough about them. I am so relaxed when I go thru those doors. LOVE THEM ALL

I am very happy with the care I received during my six week stay here. There were a few minor issues which prevented a five star rating, but those were one-time occurrences which were satisfactorily resolved after a short conversation with the appropriate supervisor. The doctors and nurses were very pleasant to deal with...some more than others, but none of them ever gave me a reason to question their quality of care or their attitude. Responses to my call button were always prompt, and my pain medications were delivered as needed...with the occasional slight delay during shift change. All in all, I am very pleased with Kindred Hospital.

Larry has received excellent care from the dedicated, caring staff at Kindred DeLima hospital. I am so grateful he was sent there to recovery and will be happy to have him home. We truly appreciate Kindred for putting their patients first. We would absolutely recommend this hospital to anyone needing care. Thank you.

I've been a patient at Kindred DeLima for five weeks and I'm going home on Saturday. I have received amazing care from the nurses, therapists and everyone else involved in my care. I'm grateful to everyone here for helping me get better so I can get home to my grand kids. The doctors are also great here. I can't say enough to express my thanks.

I have been a patient at Kindred Hospital DeLima for several weeks now. The nursing staff are kind, compassionate and caring. They always come to help me when I press my call button. The respiratory staff are also amazing. I've received excellent care here and I would recommend this hospital to anyone. Also, Ruth in housekeeping is very kind. Thank you for everything.

My husband has received a very high quality of care,here in Kindred. Care. The nurses and CNAs are dedicated to their patients, and appear quickly, when they are called. The therapists are really good, and I have seen much improvement,since we have been here. My husband was very sick when he arrived, and I am so pleased with the progress he has made,.
