They have held up a purchase of a Rollator for my husband since December 22. Purchased one from them returned it the next day because it didn't adjust up high enough. After numerous calls to them from my self, my insurance company even a 3 way call where we were all on the phone and they still will not pay back the money to our insurance for the returned rollator. They paid our co pay back but without paying the insurance back we are unable to get another. Insurance will only pay for one every 5 years. So I have to purchase another rollator outright instead of the 80% help from insurance. Terrible company.

The staff is very rude. I had a friend who is 83 go in there and the staff was so mean to him. Regardless of what size town you live in, but especially in a small town like ours, people who are in business should be nice and kind. Zero stars, but it will not let me submit this unless i check a star.
