They have held up a purchase of a Rollator for my husband since December 22. Purchased one from them returned it the next day because it didn't adjust up high enough. After numerous calls to them from my self, my insurance company even a 3 way call where we were all on the phone and they still will not pay back the money to our insurance for the returned rollator. They paid our co pay back but without paying the insurance back we are unable to get another. Insurance will only pay for one every 5 years. So I have to purchase another rollator outright instead of the 80% help from insurance. Terrible company.
