very ridiculous service supplies delivery was the worst Communication frustrating They can never find location when finaly delivered to facility after a week of my mom without safety equipment they called and then said she wasnt entitled to a shower chair After all that running around and stress Their equipment was unstable as far as shower chair was concerned would not have kept it any way
