Dr Khan is an extraordinary psychiatrist with a very broad medical background. His experience enables him to understand the whole picture with regard to helping his patients manage their behavioral health issues. My husband and I have benefited greatly from his skillful and compassionate treatment. He is willing and able to answer any question. As others have noted, the wait can be long at times. We think this is because he is willing to spend as much time with his patients as they need.

The office staff doesn't return phone calls when they tell you they will call you back. The Plano office staff can't print any billing documents for you to send to your HSA. They have to go through another remote location that has that capability which is inconvenient to the patient. Also they tried to charge me for a visit I already paid for. Luckily I happened to still have the receipt in my purse at the time. The doctor doesn't show compassion for patient care. If you need anything you must come into the office - "appointment happy" Also they always seem overbooked and have a long wait to be seen, usually an hour past the appointment time.

Dr Khan has been very helpful, supportive and encouraging in my treatment. He is knowledgeable about my condition and listens to my concerns. We address any new or existing issues and I have felt more stable and capable of coping since seeing him.

Dr Kahn is an exceptionally capable psychiatrist with a very broad background in the medical field. He came highly recommended to me by a therapist whose judgment I deeply respect. Dr Kahn has done an outstanding job in directing my medication, and his personal warmth is something I really value. You can talk with him about any problem you may have; he gives you his full attention and never seems rushed.

After some bad side effects of Cymbalta he would not prescribe anymore antidepressants. Instead wanted me to get an ect (formally known as electro shock therapy) I was fine before the cymbalta! Please dont waste your time and money going to him.
