I'm leaving a second review after our visit with the provider herself. She is amazing and wonderful and has established such a good rapport with our daughter. While I'm frustrated with the front desk person's actions today (see previous review), I can't say enough good things about our NP. I do recommend this office.

I like the provider, but the office staff is inconsistent about how they treat people. We were ten minutes early for today’s appointment and my daughter completed her intake paperwork. Instead of turning it in, she held on to it as she saw the person in front of her hand hers directly to the NP.
After seeing that person leave and us continue to sit and wait, I told her to check at the window. They told her to sit back down and write her name on every page. Then she turned it in again and the practitioner came out and called someone else. When I went to the desk to ask, she said they swapped the appointments because they were “waiting on the quizzes.” Perhaps they should have checked with us since they felt they were waiting. Also, I’m unclear on why it was okay for the first person to hand hers directly to the NP, but it wasn’t okay for my daughter.
I’m keeping our score at a three because we’ve had other positive experiences but I hope this inconsistency doesn’t continue.
