Before I was referred to Dr. Ablett, I was seen for a year by a Pain Dr. for Chronic Migraines, Chronic Rib pain and Chronic Back pain. The Pain Dr. had helped in reducing the migraines temporarily, but they were still happening multiple times each month. The epidural for my back pain did nothing. I was also seeing a podiatrist Dr. for bi-lateral calcified Achilles tendonitis, for which they placed me in braces and provided me exercises. The braces the podiatrist Dr. did not help, and the exercises caused greater pain. Also, I hate taking meds, plus I am allergic to, or quickly become allergic to the majority of the so called ‘helpful’ meds.

When I started working with Dr. Ablett, he carefully listened to my woes around my chronic issues which I have been having most of my life and how little to nothing seemed to help. He worked on not just my spine, but my ribs and facia. I have been to about 35-40 Chiropractors during my over 60 years on this planet. Dr. Ablett is the first Chiropractor I’ve worked with who actually knows how to work with ribs and facia.

After working with Dr. Ablett for several months, with a lot of myofascial work head to toe, I can attest that my Chronic Migraines, Rib pain and Back pain are no longer Chronic. I have only had 1 Migraine in the last 3 months, and, as of this posting, that was 4 weeks ago. I am walking with a normal gate again and rarely have foot pain or back pain. My ribs are rarely giving me issues. He has also taught me how to feel for the facia which is agitated and how to do the myofascial work on it to help relieve my pain issues and muscle cramping.

I truly enjoy working with Dr. Ablett and his office manager Natalie is a sweetheart. They are both incredible people IMHO.

I was a chiropractic skeptic, having seen some questionable practitioners in the past, but not here. It had been 5 YEARS since an auto-accident that made running painful. After 3 weeks, I had greater mobility. After about 6 weeks, I could do a light jog again without sharp pains. Today, I can run with my small children (a necessity to keep up with them), in large part because of the work "Dr. J." did.

Now, I will see Dr. J maybe 3 times a year when something flares up or goes out of whack, and I'm good-as-new in just one or two visits. And it's not just my back. He's helped me with fall-related injuries to my wrist and shoulder, as well as repetitive-stress-injuries to my elbow.

If it hurts and it ain't bleeding, I go to Dr. J. I recommend that you do too.

The office was easy to find and parking was convenient and close to the entrance. Their establishment is neat and clean and I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. Dr. J is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He is thorough in his exams and provides excellent treatment. Questions or concerns are handled very efficiently. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
After just 3 visits my back and rib pain, which I had suffered with for years, were virtually gone. Over the following weeks, with no further visits, my pain completely vanished. I would highly recommend you visit Dr. J. He had tremendous success with my chronic pain and I bet he will for you too!! He listens, applies the right technique to your situation, and then looks for body feedback from his patients to modify his techniques to make sure he resolves what pains you. I can't say enough about my experience with Pinnacle Health.

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.

I have been limping due to extreme pain in my right knee for the past 18 months. After seeing Jason only 3 times I feel certain I will be able to dance at my son's wedding at the end of April! I'm pretty sure I can take a pilates class one day soon as well! If you have pain go see this guy and be amazed!
