Dr. Taggart has been practicing in Kirkland for the last 21 years. He decided he would dedicate himself to the field of chiropractic after the amazing changes he noticed with his own health as a result of care as a young man. Dr. Taggart believes very strongly in the natural ability of the body to heal itself. He seeks to discover and address the underlying interferences that keeps the body from healing itself. He uses standard diagnostic methods in conjunction with Applied Kinesiology (muscle testing) to determine causes. He utilizes adjustments, specific rehabilitative exercises, neurological brain based therapies, nutritional counseling and mind-body techniques to restore health and function. His goals for his practice members are to help them and their families to enjoy a more active, healthy lifestyle. Dr. Taggart has cared for patients as young as newborns and up to 90 years of age.

I appreciate appointments are kept on time! Dr.Taggart is very skilled and I got immediate relief from shoulder and leg pain. The thing I did not like is the "push" I felt to buy a package of treatments. I did not want to sign a contract for a year. He does offer a cheaper 3 mo package. One can also pay upfront per appointment and my insurance covered 10 visits. I like being informed but not pushed to buy a package. Other than that, I would highly recommend Dr. Taggart.

Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. I had more energy and took my dog on a long walk. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I really felt that Dr. Taggart took the time to listen and cares about my health and situation. I feel like he can truly help me get well again. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. Their staff assisted me in a very personal manner and I felt valued. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I now believe that I will be healed and trust Dr. Taggart to do just that. The office is very easy to locate and close to my work. I am grateful to have found Dr. Taggart.
