Dr. Farrell is professional, skilled and very gentle and caring. I have been seeing her since the mid-to-late 1980s and wouldn't let anyone else touch my back. I cannot recommend her strongly enough.

I had severe neck pain and significant degenerative disease. Took some time to correct, however the pain was resolved and I did not follow up as I should have. At least 2 years later I have no neck pain. Dr. Farrell never encouraged excessive visits and she never chastised me when I had to go for a tune up for other areas. She answered my questions and listened to my feedback and requests. Will never go to any one else. I have been to many chiropractors over the years. Fees were very reasonable. All fees were explained to me.

The staff and doctor are friendly enough. I was not happy about my bill. I asked upfront what the charges would be and was told $30 to $35 per visit, except for the first visit. That's usual. When I received my first bill, each visit was roughly $65 per visit. I was charged $21.45 for being handed a sheet of paper with some exercises. They charged me twice because they gave it to me again on a repeat visit. When we called to discuss the bill we were told "we don't negotiate." Not very happy with this approach to bait and switch and quit going.
