I was fairly disappointed in the way they approached the billing. I specifically asked for estimates before I visited and I've visited other chiropractors. They handed me a sheet copied from a book and charged me for "physical therapy consultation." On my next visit, I couldn't recall if I had received what they asked me about, so they gave me another copy of the same page (copied from a book) and again charged me like $25 for PT consultation. When I brought it up they would not back off the charge, instead telling me that's what everyone pays.

I think Dr. Farrell is probably one of the best doctors I've visited in terms of bedside manner but I'm unhappy with how the billing was handled.
