Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

When the doctor observed a small abnormality on the xray, he immediately referred us to a orthopedic dr. Great service

Not only do I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I fell great afterward. Dr. Grade is always able to find and relieve the source of my pain. He's never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. His entire staff is warm and welcoming.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Dr. Grade by far the best Chiropractor I've ever seen. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
