We've been going to Dr. Grade on and off for years now. He always take the time to show us what exercises and/or stretches to do in between visits to help keep problems from coming back and to continue the healing on existing issues. It's not just the immediate relief from seeing him that day, but well beyond. We wouldn't go to anyone else.
