Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff was very helpful and flexible with appointments and questions. The preadjustment table relaxes your back for the best results to follow. My adjustments weren't very painful. I did feel some force but it wasn't that bad. The office and parking is all the way back of the lot. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I respect the treatment schedule that the Doctor gives me and found it necessary for the severity of the injury and tailored accordingly. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

My husband and I love Dr Grade. I was never really a chiropractic patient, and had suffered for years, until a random visit to a chiropractor, in another city, that somewhat relieved my chronic pain. Upon moving to SCV, I found Dr Grade, and have been totally amazed at his magical fingers. There is no mumbo jumbo, no magical tables that drop out from under you, no excessive xrays or other stuff. Just one on one with Dr Grade, who also happens to have a great a sense of humor, and loves his chosen job. Got my husband converted as well, as our quality of life is better for it.
