I highly recommend Dr. Nicole Cherok. She is not only highly educated in her field but a very nice person to deal with. She is very knowledgeable about how one's body is affected by the spinal alignment and can explain in layman's terms what she can do to help you.

Yes, she is a chiropractor but not just ANY chiropractor. If you have ever been to a chiropractor from the "old school" of treatment, you've probably experienced all the body wrenching and bone popping. It is not only uncomfortable but very unsettling. And, the doctors keep telling you to "relax" so they can pop your body back into place. Well, how in the heck is one supposed to relax when you've got some guy wrenching your body and a slight movement in the wrong direction could put your back out even more?!

Here's where Dr. Cherok's method is different. She uses a small tool called an "activator" which gently nudges your spine and joints into position by placing the rubber tipped end in precise locations as determined by your leg lengths. This method is so gentle that even pregnant women and babies can be safely adjusted!

Finally there is a chiropractor who can help you relieve your back pain. She can also help you eliminate your dependence on medication through proper alignment of your spine and gentle adjustments to your sinuses. She has helped me relieve the annoyance of hot flashes as well!
