Just by luck, I found Dr. Keith. I was experiencing severe neck pain and had to go to the ER over the weekend. Dr. Keith's office worked me in and spent an hour and a half with me. I needed an MRI to thoroughly determine the prognosis and treatment. Since I have catastrophic insurance only, they also helped me find the least expensive imaging center to go to. Now, that's service above and beyond! Dr. Keith as well as her staff are professional, conscious of your time constraints, and very patient focused. I would highly recommend!

They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Debbie works at the front desk and she is the most fake person in the room. She is very unprofessional and Dr. Keith should look for a replacement!

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned Kathryn Keith, D.C. is for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased! Kathryn Keith, D.C. explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. My appointments never get canceled last minute. They are extremely reliable. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
I was treated with the Non-Sugical Spinal Decompression Machine in August & September of 2010, and am still pain free(Jan. 2011)...thanks to Dr. Keith and staff! A wonderful experience! I will definitely go back when I need to. (I should have posted this review much earlier!)

I have been a patient of Dr. Keith's for almost 18 years. Her professionalism, knowledge, and honesty are most important to me as a patient. I trust her ability and advice to help heal me. I have recommended Dr. Keith to family, friends and co-workers.
