I was very excited to learn that Dr. Keith offers spinal decompression therapy; however, when I showed up to my initail consultation, the receptionist informed me that the doctor wasn't in yet, and I would have to wait an additional hour (after my scheduled appointment) to see her. I asked a few more general questions about the procedure and the cost to which I recieved rude, hateful, and extremely unprofessional responses. Needless to say, I left the office still in excruciating pain and practically in tears. I will not be back to her office, and I hope the staff recieves some major customer service training in the near future.
