Very thorough and detailed. Identified problems many other doctors missed and consequently resolved my problems when the other doctors and physical therapists failed. Love that Dr Byrd takes his time and doesn't rush. Sometimes that puts him behind for his next patient but I don't mind because I know he will nut hurry through my visit. Also love that he does the chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and physical therapy and rehab all in the same place. His staff is very friendly and respectful. His rehab therapists are demanding but patient. Dr. Byrd and his staff gets results and I hear about it a lot in his waiting room - it's not just me. He even prayed for me before we started and on another day when I told him I was have a rough time with a situation. These folks care about people. I' refer everyone to Cornerstone.

Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love how attentive they are here. Dr. Byrd's full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. He is the most thorough doctor I've ever been to. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

Most importantly, he got me back on track and he treated me to resolve my problem and keep it from returning. No quick and temporary fixes with him. He also encouraged me to take control of my health and be responsible for it. He explained things clearly in real English -- not doctor speak. I have referred many friends and family members to him. He got my life back for me when all the other doctors had given up.

Facility very professional. Staff friendly. Doctor very personable and extremely thorough. Figured out what many other medical and chiropractic doctors could not. Helped me out of chronic and debilitating pain. Doc Roc was a life saver for me! I referred all my friends and family to him and they got the same results. While his practice is VERY busy, he always takes his time with me and never seems to be in a hurry to leave and get to the next patient. He focuses on me when he's treating me.
