They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed.
