They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
