Totally satisfied with the level of service and consultation. Staff very professional and friendly. My Shi Tzu has chronic dry eye and requires daily eye drops which I get monthly. Ive used other Compounding Pharmacies and I can honestly say this pharmacy is far superior!

Terrible service. My prescription was supposed to be ready for pick-up in the morning. When I arrived at 12:30 it was not ready yet. The pharmacist was sitting in his office chatting with someone and casually told me to come back in an hour. When I returned at 1:30 the pharmacist was still in his office chatting and had forgotten to work on my prescription. I was told it would take 20 minutes to complete. I left and returned 30 minutes later. The assistant girl was nice and friendly and apologized on the pharmacist's behalf but the pharmacist was in his office with the door closed this time and didn't bother to say anything to me. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Never! They are always careful to give me the correct amount!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
