#VIVACE #GAMECHANGER #GLO

I had my first Vivace treatment this week ,with Carmen , at Glo Skincare. All I can say is boy am I glad I chose to do it, this service is a skincare game changer! My skin feels amazing, glowing and tight. I had my face & neck treated....micro-needling ( but a new and improved version of the micro-needling you may be familiar with) and then applied my own blood plasma over those areas. It was an AMAZING treatment that left my skin feeling plump and refreshed......and it was virtually pain free! I am amazed at how my wrinkles and spots have begun to diminish. I had no down time, bleeding,soreness or bruising.

Carmen was very attentive and made sure my experience was a success. She is a wonderful provider and everyone in the office gives personnel attention and makes you feel special. Carmen is a true artist at her craft!

I highly recommend GLO skincare and the Vivace treatment, especially to anyone who is looking for youthful or revitalized skin

Did this spa have reasonable prices?
Not at all, they were ridiculous!
Does the staff at this spa always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
Did this spa provide massage chairs during your manicure/pedicure?
No, in fact the chairs were extremely uncomfortable
Did this spa offer a variety of massage techniques?
They offered a few, but not very many
Was this spa easy to locate?
I got lost, but eventually found it

I also purchased a package through Groupon and was told by my original technician that all of my hair would be gone by the 6th visit and any maintenance would be free. It took months to get the original session scheduled as they were moving and the date kept changing. The first technician was not very professional. Leaha is much more professional and nice. However, 6 sessions later it does not appear as if any of my hair is gone and can not get anyone to call me back to discuss. At this point think I am just going to have to try and stop by and deal with the issue in person. Very dissatisfied!

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Does this med spa use current and safe equipment?
Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

I am 26 years old and I have had severe facial hair every since elementary school. When I graduated I went to two different med spa's the first one I had four treatments done paid $1100 and the second med spa (Monarch Med Spa in Harrisburg) I had purchased two packages total treatments of 14 and I paid $1400. I saw no results and I was burnt severely on my 13th treatment and didn't even go back for the last one. I gave up! Until I was referred to Cek. I purchased 6 treatments. So far I have gotten 4 treatments. And I am amazed with my results! I went from having a beard to basically nothing! I had an issue with a girl who worked there (that is not there anymore) I called left a message for Carmen she called me back spent about 40 minutes on the phone with and then for my next appointment she made sure she was there to talk to me and she is just wonderful! I am shocked at all these reviews! Unless we are talking about a different salon I don't see Jill, Dawn or Carmen being unprofessional what so ever! I was never told that there was no mainteance fee. I was told that after my package was over if I needed a touch up it would be at a discounted amount. I mean really my parents are business owners and my sister owns a salon who is goign to provide free service come on people get real! Paying $45 for a touch up maybe you would need once every two months especially if you got results, you are really complaining about that? And on top of that lets get real you will see results because these women know what they are doing! And I wouldnt say this if I didn't mean it because as you can see I have spent alot of money on laser treatment and finally I am now seeing results thanks to Jill and Carmen! I recommend Cek beauty! DO TAKE MY WORD! dont take anyone's word judge for yourself! Because I am telling you you wont be sorry. You want results you will def get it from Cek Beauty. And if you have a problem speak up they are more than willing to listen and take action to make sure you are happy!

I have been a CeK customer for a over a year, and I have been very pleased with all aspects of CeK.

Initially I engaged them for laser hair removal, and was naturally apprehensive about the procedures and had many questions. Over the sessions Carmen, Jill and Dawn carefully explained the process, accurately advised me on what to expect, and also answered any questions or concerns i had and did a fantastic job. My hair color is not dark, so laser hair removal is more challenging for the professional than a darker colored hair, and yet I was completely satisfied with the process and the results i received.

The atmosphere is truly a spa atmosphere and is very soothing; the location is nice and convenient, and is decorated and maintained meticulously.

I have built a trust relationship with the ladies at CeK, and have continued to use their services for procedures that are helpful but that I would not have initially considered. They have made it possible by their flexibility in time, in finances and also understanding and flexing their schedule when I was unable to make an appointment time.

I paid for all of my procedures up front, because there was a financial incentive to do so, and I was happy to, they came through on all they promised, and also stood by their commitment to the outcomes they promised. I Couldn't have asked for more and i wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a wonderful experience at CeK Beauty. I have always had issues with my skin: acne, wrinkles, discolorations, etc. As an adult, I became even more self conscious about these things. The staff was very welcoming and took the time to address each and every one of my concerns & my skin has never been clearer! Another plus is that I had compared prices with other Med spas in the area and CeK Beauty's prices could not be beat. I would definitely recommend them!

If I could give you one piece of advice it would be to stay clear of this place. I would never refer them to anyone based on my experience. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. But very unprofessional. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. Especially after they were paid the lump some initially prior to the 6 treatments. Felt completely ignored near the end of my treatments even though I was guaranteed to receive more treatments until I saw results. They wouldn't return my calls for weeks and when I finally did get a hold of someone, Carmen and Dawn would only make excuses and never apologize.
I would never recommend CEK beauty to anyone. They are selfish and very unprofessional!
