Purchased laser hair removal package and told I would receive as many treatments as needed at no extra charge until I had great results. Now they've changed their tune and I will be charged for all maintenance visits. I feel I was mislead and they falsely advertised. Will not recommend them to anyone.

I purchased laser hair removal Groupon for CeK Beauty. After about 4 treatments, I was still not seeing any results. Turns out the laser they were using just doesn't work well so they purchased a new one and offered to continue the treatments until full results were achieved. After a few treatments with the new laser I received a voicemail saying I would have to pay a "maintenance fee" of $38 per visit if I wanted to continue my treatments. I tried calling back and left messages and received no response. The spa looks very nice inside however I have never dealt with a more unprofessional group of people. Also, there are occasionally dogs walking around the spa which I find to be very unprofessional and unsanitary.

I do not recommend this place. I do not feel comfortable around the staff when I am sitting in the waiting area. I have not had acceptable results with laser hair removal treatment and have had to go elsewhere for the completion of my treatments. Also, when calling to schedule appointments, I am put on hold for well over 5 minutes. Dealing with this place is much more difficult than it should be.
