Gianna is absolutely committed to her students and their practice of yoga. She gives us a lot of personal attention. My husband and i have been attending her classes for more than three years steadily. She renews our spirits along with our bodies at each class. She goes above and beyond our expectations. We refer everyone we know to her classes.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

Joan is a dedicated professional with tons of enthusiasm and energy. I've been taking yoga for 30 years and Joan is the best teacher I've had. She puts everyone at ease and gets us through the tough poses with funny anecdotes and stories until you forget you're in a long hold and can't wait to hear the ending! She knows her stuff and is a wonderful communicator so you get it too. Her classes are rigorous yet fun and she comes up with unusual poses and group interaction to keep you coming back for more. Great exercise with a great instructor.

Gianna is the best! She loves teaching yoga and really takes care of all her students. Gianna makes the class very comfortable and challenging at the same time. Her background, expertise, and spirituality is what keeps me coming back for more. I would highly recommend one of her classes.

I've already been telling everyone I know what a fantastic time I had. Gianna is one of the most knowledgeable people in the field. Not only is she respectful and friendly, she puts in the extra effort to make people feel valued and important. She was able to meet everyone at their level of experience, and wasn't at all critical of beginners . She treated everyone with respect. I have been doing Yoga for 10 years and find her to be very competent. I truly enjoy her classes and encourage anyone to give it a try.
