This is a very good group and Gianna the instructor sets the tone as she is always very welcoming and open with all of her students. The classes are great ,they allow people to progress at their own pace and include students of varying levels. The atmosphere is very calming and the instructor is very knowledgeable. One of the best things is that classes always fun and Gianna changes things up so that there is something unique or new to experience and learn. I highly recommend this class to everyone. Mike
I love how much attention Gianna pays to detail when teaching yoga. She is always so careful and meticulous with alignment even with a novice to yoga as I was when I first started in her class. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when she tells us about what she learned at the latest yoga seminar attended, and how she incorporates that knowledge into our practice keeping it fresh and invigorating each week. I was in awe at the level of service I received. Gianna completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back and have been for 3 years! I even drive 35 miles to get there!!!!!
