They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'll definitely be going back. I had a great experience.

Yes

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Did this acupuncturist seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Was it clear that this acupuncturist takes pride in the appearance of his/her clinic?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking clinics I've ever seen!
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
It's not possible.
