Jen is truly extraordinary! I've been going to her Power Yoga of Ocala studio several times a week for the past two years and have no plans to stop anytime soon. Even after all this time I look forward to each and every class. She and the other great instructors (Monica, Killer Kristine, Jenny, and Ginger) challenge me physically and calm me emotionally/spiritually. Everyone that I've invited to join me in a yoga class have felt the same so you can trust that it's not just me ;-) Tonight I did a kite yoga one-on-one class and that was fun. I'm guessing by morning ill be quite sore!
In addition to her yoga studio Jen does personal training. I've done one session and it was great but I gravitate more towards the yoga classes as personal preference. I def give Jen and what she's created 5 bright stars. I've been to many studios a be none come close. Thank you Jen!
