They always return my phone call and never leave me waiting. They have even gone out of their way to help me get in contact with my trainer when I was without my phone. I stopped by the gym to speak with my trainer since I was nearby, and though he was not there, they understood and helped out by trying to reach him. They always make an effort to be polite and greet me when I walked in. It is never crowded or uncomfortable working out there. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They are great and I think more people should know about them.

Any time I have a fitness-related question, they are able to answer it in detail. This trainer seems more knowledgeable than most, and I know I am in good hands and getting the best workout possible when I train with them. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

Peter is a very professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging trainer. I have been seeing him for two months and I feel leaner and stronger. I first went to him because I wanted to get toned and get healthy. But after seeing him for two months, I realized I want to continue with him for as long as I can. Peter pushes me to workout harder and to focus on my goals. The great part is that all the hard work and encouragement from Peter gets you results.

At age 51, having lived an unhealthy lifestyle, including a poor diet, AND, being physically unfit (50lbs overweight), I thought I had taken my body past the point of no return...until I met Peter. As my personal trainer, Peter has shown me a whole new way of life through education and awareness, fitness and nutrition. Not only do I have more energy and strength, but Peter is on track for sculpting my body into the machine that I know it can become. Peter has tailored a program specifically for me accommodating my abilities and weaknesses. He encourages, motivates and when necessary pushes me to finish that last set. I know he cares that I get the most out of our sessions because my success is his success. He is always available to answer questions and is flexible enough to work around my work schedule. Peter Ngo has brought me back to life…an investment in myself well justified!

There are 3 musts in staying healthy and fit: 1. Train 2. Nutrition 3. A.R.T. with Peter Ngo. Active Release Therapy, it sounded so scary and when I saw people being treated I was so skeptical because I have tried everything. I have been in pretty good shape my whole life but I have been in 2 car accidents resulting in lower back pain and shoulder issues from weight lighting and yoga. I have had to have Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, and many other types of therapies, but NONE of them truly helped or worked. First meeting Peter, he asked me my issues, did a movement assessment and then he moved, stretched and pushed me in ways that at first, actually were a bit uncomfortable, but after the 30 mins, I was a whole new woman!! I truly felt free from pain and continued to feel like that for days. He also gave me homework to do certain things that felt like they were not treating the area, but after doing my homework for a week, it was definitely noticeable. Peter called it "stability homework." I have now made it part of my training to see Peter for ART- 2-3 times a week for 30 mins and I have to say that Peter Ngo's ART is the best investment you can do to help care for your body!

Where do I start? I'm 28 years old and Peter has been my trainer for the past 2.5 years. As a 28 year old male you wouldn't expect to have a trainer; most would go to the gym and lift as much as they can and become meat heads. I use to do that when I was in and right out of college. My main objective was to be fit for the long run. Peter trains me to workout the right way. After every session, I feel stronger, healthier, and not to mention look better. Most of my friends that are in their mid 30's have back and joint problems, which I blame on poor exercise routine. Peter is VERY knowledgeable and committed to his work. Having Peter as my trainer has been the best investment to my body.

I"m 39 years old, played 3 sports in high school, including football, spent 4 years in the Marine Corps, and kickboxed for about 4 years on the amateur level. When I first saw Peter my body was a wreck with literally decades of scar tisse, bad joints, etc. to show for it. After twice weekly visits with Peter over the last month, I'm starting to feel like a human again. The pain in my shoulder (torn rotator cuff), that has been there for over 2 years, is now gone. The pain in my left hip (I run), that has been there for over a year, is now gone. My right foot, which was almost total scar tissue, from years of plantar fascitis and ankle trauma, is now fleshy and flexible again. I'm going to go another month to see if Peter can fix my lower back pain and help me run again. He has truly exceeded my expections, and I can't thank him enough.

If you have been having aches and pains for years. Forget the doctor and go see Peter immediately! I've seen every kind of specialist from orthopedic surgeons, to chiropractors, to witch doctors, and Peter is the only guy that has been able to help me heal.

Thanks Peter!

I originally came to Peter for personal training sessions because his resume and website made him a good candidate to tailor workouts to my knee issues. Working with him has made me grow more and more appreciative of his time because he also treats me with several alternative methods (massage techniques) to relieve scar tissue build up that we accumulate from everyday life. He is available for massage treatments to allviate pain and he also personal trains. He is great for workouts but what makes him really good is that he understand the problems and the fixes. Therapy can be pricey but avoiding surgery and being pain free is priceless!
