When I first started going to Parkway I met with the most amazing doctor who spent time with me to explain what was going on with my neck. He has left the practice and I was pushed around to 3 other doctors. It was very upsetting to be sent to different doctors and having to start over again each time. I am now seeing Sarah who is amazing and understanding and explains everything to you. She will also spend as much time as you need with her.

Sarah is wonderful and appreciate that she listens to me and really tries to accommodate my 'life needs' realistically. The PA prior to her, Susan, was terrible and I almost left the practice due to her patient disconnect.
