I have been coming here for pain management for 3+ years. The staff (front desk and check out) have always been AMAZING! They are always so helpful, so personable, and on top of it all! The doctors or caregivers not so much. I have never abused my meds and though I am aware of the opioid epidemic it's not fair to treat each patient the same. I feel like I am not heard as a patient because alternative treatments are imposed not suggested. I am afraid to ask for an increase in my pain meds, because I am looked at as a drug addict. I only continue my case here because finding another pain management is too hard. But I am not happy with my medical care here!! I should not have to feel like I am on trial when I come to the doctors.
