Dr. Khawaja is great. However, your refill line never answers, never returns my calls, I have to speak with the receptionist for answers. For two weeks I tried to get a refill and the refill line, despite my many calls, never came through- and never returned my calls. Dr. Khawaja asked that I write this down.

Michaela- awesome. Taylor- a doll. I LOVE JUDY- SHE IS THE BEST. DEBBIE IS AMAZING. Been here as a 'regular' since 2010. I have ben w/ you thru the good, the bad and the ugly. Thru the horrible consultant to having collections people doing customer service. Your doctors- your PAs- outstanding. I would follow them anywhere. I have actually written Dr. Holmes a Thank you Note. Some of your staff should be re-evaluated. Ex.) Cindy, is abrubt and abrasive to the least. More than one bad experience. Sarah (on Chens staff- exceptional) Amy G- horrible.

Dr. Foster has been very helpful. She has reduced my pain. Listens to my problem and acts accordingly. She is a great doctor.

I find the procedure more painful than w/ my previous doctor here. Dr. Waheed is very pleasant and professional. The entire staff sets you at ease.

First appointment with Dr. Khawaja, I was scheduled for wrong injection. I was here for the evaluation shots where I track my pain by the hour, but they thought I was here for another lower back injection. Not real happy about that. Once that issue was straightened out, all else went okay.

Front office is great, good customer service. Dr. Waheed is Great! I have had treatment and care for my back pain. I wish that PNSI.ORG was more responsive to using it for appointments.

Dr. Olowosuko is a great Doctor towards me. She listens and also involved my wife into every visit and conversation. The complaint I have about the office is when I see a P.A.- named Sara- for the first time-she tired to take me off my pills not knowing my history. she judged me by my age.

Doctor prescribed anti-inflammatory med-needed to be pre-approved had to call 3x on 21st of dec. to make that happen then ins. denied because too expensive. Called 3x on 27th and 28th of Dec. had to leave messages wanted something else prescribed never received a phone call back or new prescription.
