It isn't a counselor's job to tell you what you want to hear but what will ultimately help you grow as a person and I can rely on John for that. Having jumped from one counselor to another and not improving much at all for years I ended up seeing John ever couple of weeks for just over two years and he is the first counselor who told me exactly how it was, even if I didn't like it and left a little mad, his points were always valid. If I wasn't doing anything to work with him or shrugging on my responsibilities he let me know it. That is the sign of a good counselor. Of course John was always helpful in keeping my progress moving forward and willing to work with me if something just wasn't working out on my end. Most of all he was understanding. I just can't say that about other counselors I have seen.

Their unbiased advice has been invaluable in and of itself. They've really helped me to come to terms with where my problems lie and what I needed to do to get on the road to a better tomorrow. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I couldn't believe how absolutely brilliant they were. Every session, I was given some of the best advice I've ever heard.
