Olson is an unlicensed counselor who came across as very uncaring, and unprofessional.
She presented herself as unfair, inattentive, aggressive, and biased.
Sometimes there is a reason counselors are unlicensed.
I cannot suggest Olson as a safe-feeling counselor.
