They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I found their building within a matter of seconds, and I didn’t get lost on the way there once. The directions they gave me were very clear and accurate. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The next time my pet gets sick, there’s no way I’d ever bring them anywhere else. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pet.
