I took my Kitty here in Good Faith. Even after i heard the "horror stories" on Facebook and on line. Dr. Hitchcock was great with my Cat. He answered his own phone and was pretty friendly. When i actually met him face to face, i couldn't believe the stories. I am glad i gave him a chance, because he deserved one! I admire the veterinary field. We have to realize, this man has dedicated a huge part of his life to the health of Animals. I think that in the act of helping creature that can not help themselves is selfless. You know that is more than most of humans can say. I'm just saying! Give him a shot! It's not about you are your feelings. It's about the Vet's passion and the animals well being. My animal was cared for and taken care of for what i sent her there to get. nothing less. I mean kindness goes a long way. So, YES! I approve and recommend!!!!

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!
