The waiting room here is pretty comfortable. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Dr. Jack's primary concern is what's best for me, and he gives me the advice that would benefit me the most. I appreciated that he was still concerned about my health even after I left the office. Dr. Jack followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I felt that he really valued my health and happiness because he followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. He always makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. He always listens to every question or concern I may have. Dr. Jack has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting his patients first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
