My son has been given nothing but the run-around from this company. After an initial "intake fee" of 300 dollars (okay, understandable), he was told that he was going to be in a group therapy session which has never happened and is now, weeks later, being told that his individual sessions are 170 dollars an hour, with a mandatory minimum of 8 sessions. He hasn't learned anything from their "program", other than the fact that this is a company in the business of making money, however they can get it. Repeated requests by my wife and myself to the management to talk about the effects of financial drain vs. positive rehabilitation have resulted in endless unreturned voice mails and employees who don't seem to know what they're doing. A complete let-down, considering it was a real opportunity for someone to teach a kid to stay away from pot. He's learned that the most important thing is to not get caught, because they will financially break you. Thanks, turning point.

They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.
