Marlena's schedule is busy, but she's worth waiting for if necessary. Once you're in, she goes deeper than other counselers in less time. She challenges me to really think about whether my story about things is accurate because what we believe becomes so shaping and sometimes self limiting. She encourages me to re-examine my operating principles and habits; live a "bigger" life. Not busier, but more connected and satisfying- and what contributes to that that changes over time, right? I feel like she really "gets" me and cares.

Marlena is empathetic and insightful, she provided clarity about my life situation that I couldn't see myself which helped me to regain a positive outlook on life. She is the first therapist that I've had that helped me so much, and I was so lucky to find her at that time in my life.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I would recommend them to anyone. They helped me so much, and I have already told my friends, family, and anyone who is willing to listen! Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

Marlena is truly an amazing person. She is a really insightful and knowledgeable therapist. She really got me through a challenging period in my life and I feel the door is always open to return when needed. She provides a warm, congenial environment and works closely with the individual to help them find solutions that work with their life and circumstances.
I would highly recommend her.
