I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I wasn't completely satisfied with the way my appointment went. I think it could have gone better. Whenever I go, I usually have to remind them why I'm there and what my situation is. They should at least take notes during my appointment or something so I don't have to constantly re-explain myself. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.
