They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Furthermore, I have had back problems since my surgery in 2004 and also nerve damage. Also not to include a complete knee replacement among other problems. I have had to have nerve pain burns on my back every 6 months for the last 4 years prior to seeing Dr. Chen. It was after the second visit that I realized I no longer was having the extreme pain which kept me from work and for almost a year and a half had not had to have nerve burns done to my back. Also, I had injured my good knee at work and pulled damaged some cartridge in my left knee. I could hardly walk and owning my own company it is imperative that I work every day. Again, the acupuncture not only help the knee heal faster but I felt like running the day after the procedure. I just want to say because of Dr. Hedy Chen's work, care, and very astute training she has been the only acupuncture specialist that really understands the ART of this type of Medicine and seems trained by a renown ancient Specialist that really understood and taught the true art of this type of Medicine. If you have any doubts, come for just one visit and you will see that the pains and problems you have can be relieved if not healed by this wonderful gift I believe has been passed down to men from God. And only few people really have the gift and know the secrets that have been passed down through ancient medicine like Dr. Hedy Chen. I am so thankful for her and to God for allowing me to be guided to her path for healing as we all have gifts from God however many just do not utilize them to their fullest potential, however Dr. Chen does and is so happy to help, heal and I feel blessed by God because of Dr. Chen's astute training and knowledge of this wonderful Medical practice.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They seemed to know quite a bit about the current advancements in acupuncture. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They made sure that their license was prominently displayed. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I would definitely recommend them to people I know. I was more than happy with the treatments. I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me to make appointments that I didn't think were necessary. I came in as often as I wanted to, and my treatments were fantastic every time.

Hedy was ready to see me as soon as I showed up for my appointment. I wasn't kept waiting, which was nice. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond -she exceeded my expectations. She and her staff are one of the kindest, most caring offices I've dealt with. I called several times with questions or concerns and the office was always happy to help me address my issues. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely clean it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was worried the acupuncturist might wear an obnoxious fragrance, because I've dealt with that at other places, but Ms. Chen doesn't use fragrance or allow her office staff to wear it either. The visit was very enjoyable and the treatment was effective. Kudos for the attention to detail, treatment plan and success in treatment. I'll be back for a tune-up soon.
