They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children?
No, they made everyone sit together
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments?
Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us

Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs
